Fitness assessments will cover goals, current lifestyle, body composition, look for muscular imbalances/overcompensation to evaluate proper motor function, discover your proper training zones, determine a long-term plan and more. Assessments will vary per individual and long-term fitness plans are dependent on fitness package.

Whether you're looking for a one-time session or on-going training to achieve your goals, we have affordable options to fit your needs and time.

 

Private Personal Training


Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Your first session will include a complimentary consultation and fitness assessment. 30 / 90-minute sessions are available by request.

  • Single session: $65

  • 5 sessions: $315 (expires in 3 months)

  • 10 sessions: $600 (expires in 5 months)

  • 20 sessions: $1150 (expires in 10 months)

Semi-Private Personal Training
 

Do you want to work out with a friend or family member? Semi-private sessions are designed for 2-3 people.

  • Single session: $40 per person

  • 5 sessions: $190 per person

  • 10 sessions: $365 per person

  • 20 sessions: $700 per person
