Monthly Packages

All packages include access to my online training app for additional remote training as well as nutrition targeting and counseling to further reach your goals.

Private Personal Training


Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Your first session will include a complimentary consultation and fitness assessment. 30 / 90-minute sessions are available by request.

  • Single session: $75

  • 5 sessions: $350 (expires in 3 months)

  • 10 sessions: $650 (expires in 5 months)

  • 20 sessions: $1199 (expires in 10 months)

Partner Personal Training
 

Do you want to work out with a friend or family member? Semi-private sessions are designed for 2 people.

  • Single session: $50 per person

  • 5 sessions: $225 per person

  • 10 sessions: $425 per person

  • 20 sessions: $800 per person
