Muscle Imbalance Presentation
Most people suffer from muscle imbalances and don’t even know it. They cause movement issues, pain, and can turn into major issues if ignored. Here is a presentation I did recently that goes over some common things to look for (especially if you’re one of the many that sit too much throughout the day!)
