It can be daunting to achieve your goals, whether you're new to working out or coming back from a break. Even experienced athletes can use help breaking through barriers sometimes. Whatever your fitness level or fitness goals may be, WEvolve Personal Training can help.

Whether it’s strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility, sports performance, or getting back in shape after an injury, I have the training and knowledge to personalize a training program for you. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and specialize in weight training, fat loss, bodyweight exercise, cardio strength and endurance, as well as dealing with injury and health restrictions. Cardio classes on elliptical, treadmill, indoor bike/spinning and indoor rowing are all available. If you like outdoor exercise or something other than the gym, I am happy to work towards your fitness goals wherever you are comfortable.

Personal training sessions are 50 min plus warmup/cooldown and are first-come-first-serve. I offer both single sessions as well as discounted packages. Fitness assessments will cover body composition, look for muscular imbalances/overcompensation to correct or help prevent injury, discover your proper training zones, determine a long-term plan and more. Couples sessions and online personal training are also available.
